Our pediatric office deserves some recognition right now. They went above and beyond with our appointment, helping me with all four boys, and juggling the two youngest who had to get their shots today. The entire staff went out of their way and was calm and joyful through all the screaming chaos, making it much easier on me seeing they weren’t getting worked up like I was feeling on the inside. 10/10 North Pediatrics. I probably would have just walked out because it felt like a circus, if it weren’t for how helpful and sweet they were. The HELP was extremely appreciated.

I love bringing my baby to North Pediatrics. The front desk lady that my wife and I normally deal with, Michelle, is extremely friendly and helpful.
The pediatricians at the location are friendly and are very thorough. They are good about explaining everything to my wife and I. The facility is clean.

I’ve been bringing my kids to North Pediatrics for a year now and I love how attentive and professional they are. I moved to the Rockwall area 5 years ago and I continued to travel to Richardson to see their pediatrician for the first 3 years until a friend referred me to North Pediatrics. I was nervous about the change but oh my goodness I’m so glad I did. Thank you Juliette for always being caring, kind and courteous. She takes time to answer all my questions and makes sure I understand. I have a teen girl and a 10 year old with Down syndrome.

We have been seeing Dr. Kurt Pflieger since my son was about 5 months old (he is TEN now!) - we transferred our kids to him due to the previous pediatrician not listening to me regarding his breathing issues and being sick all the time (respiratory issues stemming from croup) The previous pediatrician kept saying it was normal to still have a cough and it would get better. Once we switched him to Dr. Pflieger he took X-rays and diagnosed my 5 month old with PNEUMONIA due to the other Dr's negligence. Dr. Pflieger had him on breathing treatments multiple times a day and he was noticeably better in a couple of days and completely better within a couple weeks/month due to the severity the previous Dr let it get to. I am so thankful for Dr. Pflieger and his attention to detail as well as listening to the parents' concerns. My daughter also really likes him as well (she was 5 years old when we moved her with my son- 15 now). I enjoy being able to see Dr Pflieger each time I come with my son's asthma issues and getting to discuss the best route to get it under control since its seasonal (drastic weather changes cause it mostly). The receptionist and front desk at the new location (North Pediatrics) is wonderful and kind and the nurses are great too. Its a friendly and happy environment and my kids actually aren't scared to go to the Dr. We always highly recommend Dr. Pflieger to our friends who have kiddos. <3

I wish I could find a Doctor like Dr. P for myself! He is very thorough, went above and beyond for my son. Followed up to see how he was doing and when we went back for a follow up Dr. P sat down with me and went over the blood work and made sure I understood everything. It’s just really hard to find Doctors like this anymore!

I’ve been bringing my kids here for years to see Dr Hedayati and the nurse practitioner. We’ve had nothing but exceptional care from the providers, the medical assistants and front staff. All are thorough and answer all of my millions of repetitive questions.
